This will allow you to listen to the NLP in a Pod™ audio programme at your leisure and read through the course manual to gain an understanding of the majority of the NLP tools and techniques that will be covered during your actual course.
However, this is great, as it means that during the 7 day course, you get to focus on actually put all the techniques into practice and asking as many questions as you may have, rather than listening to the trainer teaching you about NLP from scratch. As a result, you will leave the course as an excellent NLP Practitioner!! It also means that you will have the NLP in a Pod™ audio programme for life, so that after the training course, you can refer to them again should you wish.

As well as getting immense business benefits from the course, it also enabled me to work on some very personal issues at the same time. Ever since I could remember, I had a severe dislike of fish – fish in the supermarket, fish in fish tanks, fish in newspapers, magazines, books and on television. So much so, that I couldn’t even bring myself to watch ‘Finding Nemo’.
Every time I saw a fish, or an image of one, I’d quickly close my eyes and start shaking my head in order to get that image out of my head as fast as possible. Any image of a fish repulsed me, scared me and panicked me at the same time. Needless to say, I did whatever was necessary to prevent myself being in such situations – if I went to a friends house and they had a fish tank, I’d make them cover it before I entered, or if I had to go in to a restaurant or shop with a fish tank, I’d make sure that the fish tank was well out with my vision.
All this changed however during my NLP Practitioner course, when Osmaan used the
Fast Phobia model and Time Line Therapy™ with me. I was sceptical at first, as my
phobia of fish was very deep seated, and it was very difficult for me to even imagine
a fish without having a strong reaction to it. By using these techniques Osmaan
traced my fear of fish back to an event that occurred when I was 7, and within 15
minutes, I managed to get rid of my phobia. He was calm, friendly and professional
