Osmaan is the Director, Principal Trainer and Coach for Ab Intra Solutions.  He is an ABNLP Certified Trainer & Master Practitioner in NLP, NLP Coaching, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis.  Osmaan received his Certification as a Trainer by the highly acclaimed Master Trainer’s Dr Tad and Adriana James.

Osmaan graduated with a M.A. (Hons) in Business and Management Studies, from the University of Glasgow, where he studied a range of subjects including Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Strategy and Operations.

Osmaan also brings with him a range of skills and experiences from working in a variety of roles within the corporate environment.  Osmaan embarked upon his professional career by holding Customer Service Supervisor positions within Sainsbury’s Supermarket and IKEA UK.

Osmaan then joined Marks and Spencer, where he was the Human Resource Manager for one of the largest stores in Scotland and then a Regional Training Manager for Lancashire and Yorkshire.  During his time in Marks and Spencer, Osmaan had the opportunity to lead a challenging People and Training agenda for the 400 employees within his store.  He was also heavily involved in a nationwide training and change programme, that developed a coaching culture throughout the customer service population.

Following that, Osmaan was on the Group Leadership Programme within Lloyds TSB, during which time he worked successfully as a Project Manager, Leadership Development Manager and a Human Resource Consultant.  Osmaan thrived on the challenge of managing large and complex business projects, including managing an outsourcing project and the recruitment of over 150 Personal Banking Managers for the London & South East Region branches.  However, one of Osmaan's proudest achievements was the development and implementation of the first ever business focused Duke of Edinburgh's Awards programme.  This provided a unique  opportunity for a number of Lloyds TSB's new and emerging talent to develop both their business and social skills further. 

It was during Osmaan's career that he discovered and embarked upon his training in NLP, NLP Coaching, Time Line Therapy ™ and Hypnosis.  After spending time successfully putting the tools and techniques into practice within his business environment, Osmaan decided to take his passion for these accelerated change and personal development techniques even further by achieving his Certification as a Trainer and starting up his own training and coaching company.

Overall, Osmaan is very passionate about both the theoretical and practical applications of NLP, NLP Coaching, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis, and the immense life changing results that the principles and techniques can have on all aspects of an individual’s personal and business results –  including his own!!

Ewen is the newest member of our team; his role involves looking after client relations whilst also looking at how we can drive the business forward.  Ewen is also a Certified NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis Practitioner and provides coaching services for our clients. 

Ewen will also provide administration support in the office and ensure that all of your queries are answered either on the telephone or by e-mail; he will also take your bookings, send out your brochure, joining instructions and pre-course study materials. 

Ewen has over 10 years experience working within Customer Service within Financial Services Contact Centres.  During this time he held different roles, all of which gave him more responsibility and business experience.  He has spent time off-shoring contact centres as well as setting centres up and extending existing businesses within the UK. 

Mawgen is an ABNLP Certified Trainer & Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy and Master Practitioner of Hypnosis.

Mawgen was on the leadership team for Executive Development Academy (South Africa) where he assisted in business and personal development weekend seminars. As a leadership member Mawgen had the great privilege to work with Niel Malan, columnist for Succeed magazine and one of the best business and sales trainers in South Africa.

Mawgen trained as a hypnotherapist/hypnoanalyst with The International Association Of Hypno-Analysts in the UK. The IAH was established in 1981, and is probably the largest group of Analytical Hypnotherapists in the world.  He then opened his hypnotherapy practise in Leeds (UK) and continues to help people to change their lives.

Mawgen was also a General Manager for ASK restaurants where he applied his Business skills as a leader in his field.

Jennie is an ABNLP Certified Trainer & Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy™ and Master Practitioner of Hypnosis.

Jennie has worked in the IT industry for 20 years in various operational and management roles and has great skills in training, coaching and mentoring, along with having a flare for leadership and negotiations.  She prides herself on her people management skills and ability to work with people from all areas of life and business.  Jennie has won awards in excellence for her people and customer management skills and enjoys helping individuals reach their true potential !!!
